What is Cluster Engine?
Cluster Engine is a Cloud Hosted MySQL and MariaDB service provider based in London, Uk.
What services are offered by Cluster Engine?
We provide MySQL and MariaDB Single and Cluster Instances – called “Galera Clusters”. Those are Master-Master MySQL clusters capable of self-healing and failover during node outages.
Is there a Free version?
We do not provide the service for free but there is a 7 day free trial which you can try at any time and cancel.
Do you provide Statistics?
Yes, inside the control panel you can see statistics of your cluster usage, including CPU, Memory and Connections.
Is there any Contract?
No, there is no contract and you can cancel the service when you prefer simply by deleting the instance/cluster.
Do you provide Moneyback Guarantee?
Yes, we provide a MoneyBack guarantee in case we Fail to provide a stable service. Otherwise, we do not provide refunds for a service that you have utilized. Even if you launched an instance and did not use it.
How is Billing handled?
Your credit/debit card is charged on the 1st day of each month by counting the Usage Hours of each service. So, if you launch an Instance on a particular day, only the usage hours will be calculated till 1st day of next month.

There is a Chat window inside the app where you can get instant support for your instances and clusters.
